UME Health and Wellness was established in 2025 by Dr. Sarah Siddiqui, a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Experience teaching middle school students gave Dr. Siddiqui firsthand insight into the unique challenges children face academically, socially, and with their mental and emotional well-being. Her passion for psychiatry motivated her to pursue a career where she can advocate for young people and their families.

Since 2019, Dr. Sarah Siddiqui has been helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate their mental health journeys, and she is now launching UME Health and Wellness, a practice built on the principles of thoughtful, patient-centered care.
